WHAT IS PEER COACHING?

The process by which 2 colleagues come together to form a trusting relationship, using coaching skills to help the other reflect, explore strategies, and find good personal solutions.

SMALL & MEDIUM SIZED ENTERPRISES (SME)

  • We are excited to announce that a very special program designed specifically for SME’s will be launched this summer.

  • Until recently, the numbers of employees required to make a peer coaching program viable didn't fit with SME's.

  • Our SME program is configured to meet the needs of smaller organisations.

  • We have received so much interest from SME's, and so we put our heads together to design a program that works for them.

JUST FOR SME’s


  • This new offer will allow SME’s to start with as few as 1 or 2 peer coaches.
  • The costs of running the program can be shared between the participating SME’s.
  • The standardized approach allows SME’s to offer a progressive program that until recently was only available to employees in large enterprises.




PILOT


  • Places in the pilot are limited.
  • Registration to participate in the SME mixed company coaching team will be opened soon
  • German and English language teams.
  • Switzerland, Germany, South Africa.
