What motivates Miriam
To help parents do justice to their children and work in a happy and stress-free way. "This requires a certain culture in companies and at home. I would like to support establishing this more family-friendly culture more and more and contribute a small part to it every day."
"My passion is clearly my family, and it brings me joy to give all parents strength and courage that it doesn't have to be either/or. Instead, in the right environment, it can work well to combine family and career and to find fulfillment in both areas.

Miriam was born in Hanau, graduated from high school there and then successfully completed her studies in political science and sociology at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. She has worked for 16 years in consulting before deciding to become self-employed. "After marrying my husband Marco in 2014, I had my wonderful son Mats in 2015, and then an equally wonderful little brother Matthis in 2019. My parents are a big part of my everyday life and my family is at the forefront at all times. My dream pet would be a dog, probably a Boxer again. However, it does not fit (yet) to our current everyday life.
"In our free time, we mainly spend time as a family, go out into nature. I like good food and do sports to balance things out. I also enjoy seeing my friends regularly to spend time with them."
