Last week we had the great pleasure of meeting with working parents at Beyond Gravity at the invitation of their Women’s Alliance organization. The goal was to connect parents with parents within the organization, give them an experience of peer coaching, and try out some peer coaching skills themselves.
We are not the experts in parenting. Rather, at parents@work, we believe in creating a safe space at work for parents to connect and exchange, so that they can reflect, gain a sense of belonging, and learn from each other. We loved the exchange and engagement from both fathers and mothers. We learnt from you too.
