I joined the parents@work program as soon as it was launched in my organization. I started as a coachee and later stepped into the coach role. This program is of great benefit for soon-to-be and new parents, allowing their peer coach to support them when challenges arise. Simultaneously, the coaches are trained and mentored by Sarah, who is an experienced professional, yet an approachable and warm person. Clearly a win-win situation for all!
